🇪🇺 European Union Customers

If you're located in the EU, you have the right to return most products within 14 days of receiving them — for any reason.

To qualify:

The item must be unused or resalable condition

You must notify us in writing (email) within 14 days of delivery

You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the item is faulty)

🌎 Customers Outside the EU

For customers outside the EU, we accept returns for defective or damaged products. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the issue

A description of the problem

We’ll offer a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
